Warning lights

    I have a '10 Tacoma and just did the mod that allows the rear view camera to turn on whenever I want. I used a momentary switch, not the switch in the posted mod. I just started my truck up since I did the mod earlier today and the check engine and traction warning lights are on. I have since cut and capped the wires I spliced into, the green and red wires for the camera and still the lights are on. Does anyone have any idea what I either did wrong, or how to fix this. Thanks in advance. Doug

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    You may want to disconnect the neg. bat. terminal for a few mins, and see if that clears the codes.
