I better sneak on over to Craigslist and take my stock parts off the market. Not like anybody cares. Not a big market for used parts on trucks still under warranty

Not a bad idea. I have aftermarket suspension and didn't keep my stock parts. I made it through the warranty period without any issues (going in for my 45k service this week). But if you have problems, wouldn't be a bad idea to put it back to stock before taking it in for repairs.

One thing to keep in mind with modding and warranty is that there are laws to protect you. The caveat there is how much will it cost you to fight the dealer denying the claim and how much of your time will it take to do so. I chose to have the dealer install the lift and wheels on my truck when I bought it so I didn't have to worry about warranty problems. However, it cost me more money than doing those mods myself. Just consider all aspects before making the decision and chose what is right for you.

Stock suspension, stock wheels, stock bumper, stock, stock, stock, dammit!
I want a lift or leveled. It sounds like doing it with third party parts might be tricky.

It's totally luck of the draw. I've told these stories before, but here goes :

    1. Had my lower cam bolts loose after an alignment. I didn't realize this at the time, but my only mods were BFG KOs and my fuse panel / light bar. Brought it to the dealer to duplicate the sound and they heard it. Service advisor tried to claim the fuse panel wasn't factory and was a contributing factor (eye roll).
    2. Had the standard 2G rear suspension shudder and wanted to get it dealt with. Dealer from #1 immediately blamed my tires and wouldn't do anything for me.
    3. Had a passenger seat rattle demonstrated with the truck stationary by banging the seat. Again dealer from #1 blamed my tires.
    4. Took the truck to a second dealer for the 30K service. I had my snow tires (non-aggressive) on and mentioned the shudder. They started working on the rear leaf TSB. They were planning on giving me a rental but once their head advisor saw my ARB bumper, she claimed the weight dropping the truck threw the geometry off and they stopped doing TSB work.
    5. Had the annoying TC lock / unlock game that the 2013-2015 trucks were known for. The pinging TSB supposedly solved it by changing out the converter operated. At this point I was now fully lifted. Went into Dealer #1 (see steps 1-3) and they diagnosed it as a transmission issue and put a new transmission in it no questions asked.
