2006 Black Tacoma TRD

I recently had my 2006 Tacoma inspected, and it qualified for replacement. I'm curious to know what parts besides the frame and related nuts & bolts is covered. The service advisor indicated that this is a week long project, not surprising. No idea when frame would arrive.
