Awesome, but i must said it's said folks have to work so hard to get yota to do the right thing.

 

While that is true, in this case it was mainly the dealer he bought from, not really Toyota.
I can understand the reasoning the servicing dealer had, because they had no idea if the customer did that wiring or not. The selling dealer was pretty much a slimeball dealer and is supposed to represent the brand, however, it was poor representation in this situation.
