    @Discount Tire ,

    I just bought some new tires last night. Having them delivered to my local discount tire for installation on Saturday. The tires they are replacing are Falken wildpeaks that I bought through discount direct. The Falken's are not worn out but at least two of them have had some sort of internal failure causing them to become mishaped, so they vibrate a lot at highway speeds. They actually went bad about two years ago but I don't drive on the highway often in my Tacoma so figured I'd get as much miles out of the tires as I could. When I bought these tires I had to have one replaced as it was defective, I think I posted in this forum asking for help at the time.

    Do I have any recourse for a warranty claim if it can be verified that a tire has failed and became mishaped.

    @swimmer absolutely if a tire is found to be defective, you would at least be guaranteed a prorate toward the purchase of the new tires. If you don't mind, to gather more information, I will send you a DM.
