First and foremost, I'm looking for the entire TSB for a Chevy Colorado. Specifically, this was for the 2004-06 cylinder head issues that triggered the P0300 CEL. I am willing to compensate financially if it costs you to get it, please PM me first.

Second, I have a few questions on warranty work in general. In my case, a GM dealer diagnosed the issue and confirmed it as meeting the parameters for warranty replacement. Several weeks later, another employee of the same dealer refused to do the work without being paid in full prior. Can they do this? This was a GM product.

If you have the tsb number I can look it up tomorrow. No charge. If not I can research it. As far as warranty work there should be no charge whatsoever if it is a covered warrantable repair.

I have 07123..and 07123A. Not sure if both are right or if one updates the other.

My thoughts were the same..but can the dealer refuse to do the job?

That is a special policy number. May or not be covered based on mileage and or vin number. Pm me the last eight of your vin and I will check tomorrow at work. Also send current mileage. Dan.
