Does leveling my '08 Taco and removing the secondary air filter do anything to my warranty?

    getting there....
only, and i do mean only....if you have some sort of problem with something, and the dealership can prove that removing the filter or leveling the truck messed up whatever. but.......removing the filter wont hurt anything, and i doubt leveling the truck will either, so you are good to go.

The TRD CAI deletes the secondary filter. As mentioned, you are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

No modifications will void your warranty. The dealer will try and convince you otherwise, don't buy into that bullshit. The only only time a warranty claim can be denied due to mods is if the mod caused the issue in question, which the dealer has to prove.
