Anyone have any problems with Toyota not honoring factory warranty due to performace mods like exhuast, chips, tires, etc.I would like to make some but don't want to void it.I pay for extended warranty.

Read the warranty posts around the site. If the modification you do can be proven to have caused the damage/failure...You are on the hook. If you put a lift in and the engine goes out...It is still covered. If you chip or mod the engine and the engine has issues....You'll be in for a fight.

If you like the sound...Go for it. A straight muffler swap will be cheaper than a cat-back and yield the same results.

What are you looking to accomplish by swapping parts??
