Was the question just to hard to answer?

Two posts and two e-mails yet what should be a simple question for BD to answer receives no response. The last post of the question had over a hundred views and BD has posted twice since and for some reason they choose not to reply. Does anybody want too way in as to why?

 

Probably because you didn’t post in the BD discussion thread which is normally monitored by @Baja Designs or tag them. TW is a big place I doubt they can watch every question come through even if it’s in the Baja Designs corner. Try giving them a call if you don’t get the information you need.

 

Scroll down to the 4th post in the BD forum. When you post in their forum and they post twice after it should be reasonable to expect that they have read current posts. The whole point of the forums is to share info. If I was to call I may get an answer but then should I share it or BD?

 

Baja Designs has no requirement to monitor Tacoma World. We’re lucky they have such a large presence here. I tagged you in the correct thread.

 

I was in no hurry for an answer but when the two post following my post are theirs it should not be hard to see the question.

 

You sound like you are upset. Emails get missed, comments on third party websites might not be seen…give them a call. You’ll talk to a human being and they’ll track down an answer for you.

 

Pick up a phone... Or email a direct employee. I have never had an issue with them replying because I email a direct employee...

 

Time to call the BBB.

I see that the forum exists so more than myself receive the info. I did not state what e-mail I used. But if a company has an e-mail address for general questions and it is just ignored what's the point having it? I don't know if that is the case. My main problem is if there is a specific forum for a brand and you post a question incase others are interested in the answer and it gets ignored it is not a good thing in my book. As stated the two posts following my question was started by BD. At least 100+ others viewed my post which could indicate more than I may have been curious as well. Just as you and me, I am sure they get notifications of posts or responses in forums they follow.
