Alright, so I just had my wheels aligned after installing my lift and have some doubts about whether the alignment was performed well, or at all for that matter.

First suspicion is that I don’t notice the ride being any better than it was before the lift. Second, the marks I made on my alignment cams from my lift install appear to be in the exact same orientation than before the alignment. Third, they had the truck in their back bay for only 20 minutes.

    Would love some insight on:
    1) Would a small change in toe result in a noticeable reorientation of the alignment cams? I’m just quite surprised the cams are in the exact same spot, or so it appears.
    2) does a 20 minute or less alignment seem to good to be true?
    3) thoughts on my numbers? Seems like they could have done better, but I could be wrong (I realize camber is a challenge since I don’t have aftermarket UCAs)

Your Camber was fine and was not adjusted. So your Camber marks will be unchanged. Your Toe is adjusted by adjusting the tie rods. And will not affect Camber.

Got it, totally makes sense. Is there anything they could have/should have done to caster given I have stock UCAs? I asked and they told me the only way is to remove the lift…

Exactly. Seems way lower than I would have expected.

They can't do anything with caster/camber until you get aftermarket UCAS

OP to achieve good numbers UCA’s are a must.

As stated by others above, the only way to adjust the suspension Caster and Camber correctly with the lift is to install aftermarket UCA's. Not that you need Camber help. Just Caster.
