Hey folks. It might soon be time for me to upgrade from my Gen 1, 2004 SR5 TRD.

I'd like to find the following truck, but I'm having trouble. I'm hoping y'all can help me figure out 1) if this configuration was ever made, and 2) what years it was available.

3rd Gen (16-23), TRD Off Road or TRD Pro, manual transmission, Access/Extended Cab, 6ft bed, 6-cylinder

I do not want the 4-door with the tiny 5ft bed, and I'm really struggling to find the extended cab (two tiny backseats and small doors that open backwards) with a manual transmission

    Thanks in advance!

You can't get it in a Pro (they're all 4 door) but you can get that configuration in an OR. Produced from 16-23.

    Good luck finding one tho.

Manual transmissions make up about 2% of Tacomas, and access cabs weren't nearly as popular as the 4 door. It exists but won't be easy to obtain.

Are you in Canada or US? Access cab manual V6 is only on the TRD OR in Canada, and only on the TRD Sport in the US. No Pros.

Ahhhhhh. I'm in the US! So...its simply not possible without importing a vehicle from Canada it seems.

In the US, did they do a TRD OR with 4 doors and 6ft bed, with a manual?? Or a Pro with a 6ft bed?

No, no DCLB manuals at all, and no DCLB Pros.

If you want the manual most, try and find a TRD Sport and if you need a locker, just get a locker installed for $1500 or so.

I think it was only available in Canada, access cab , off road, manual transmission. That’s what I heard on TW , yes frustrating
