    Yes. Your finger tips will tell you a lot.

    If you can feel any grit waxing will just drag it around and leave swirls/scratches in the clear coat.

    Yes, it adds anywhere from $30+ on top of a standard wash and wax.

    09638 had a good interval. Just keep up with the regular washes in between detailing and you should be fine.

    It's when you slack off for a while that it becomes a pain to get everything back to top shape. I guess that's just applicable for life though :p
