I haven't updated this, but I had my springs replace by Toyo last August I believe to fix the drive line angle and it fixed mine.

Might want to have them check and torque the U-bolts too, sometimes it's as simple as that.

    Cheers!

Had similar issue as OP before i lifted. Talked to toyota told me it was normal. Lifted my truck 2 inches in the front 1 in the rear made the vibration worse. Shimmed the carrier bearing with a 1/8 washer and much better, even better than before i lifted it, but i also installed the ECGS bushing too. I can live with it as is for now..

Had it. Trued my rear drums, 8k miles later it is back. I'm within 1k of my last Toyota care visit. It is on my list.

Was chatting with a guy who works at ARB who is having a lot of trouble helping 3rd gen owners with lifts, as many of them get this after lifting, and some have it even before lifting.

The rumblestrip vibration at low speed is generally driveline angles being off. Your best bet is either shimming the rear axle to fix the pinion angle or dropping the carrier bearing to fix it at the other end.

Sad that the dealerships won't recognize this, but if you are unable to get them to help you, there are ways to save your vibrating soul.

Mine did this too, but only when braking from 30 mph and under. It wasn't in the steering wheel, but floorboard and brake pedal. Was told normal.

Famous words of dealer, cant replicate and we are not aware of the issue and this is normal behavior...

anyone know if there is a part number or what ever is available for doing angle adjustment on driveline?

You can start with carrier bearing drop, or move to shims. Here are common ones used:
