Looked at other posts... but no luck.

Was working fine and last week then it got really cold and the washer system froze up. Now it's defrosted, the tank is empty and the lines are all blown out, but I have no power to the connector at the pump. If I hot wire the pump it works fine. Fuse is good. Could this be related to the freeze? What else could it be? 2017 V6
    thx!!

Have you tested with a meter that there is no 12v at the connector?

Fuse? Start small and simple with troubleshooting and go from there.

The only advice I can offer is be sure you are checking the right fuse i.e. washer and not wiper and make sure the key is on when you are testing.

The washer motor circuit is pretty basic. It looks like the red wire runs directly to under dash fuse box without any other connectors in between and the white wire (ground) runs to connector IS3 in the passenger kick panel and then to the wiper stalk on the steering column.

Neither wire ever interfaces with any of the computers or any relays.
