Dunno if this really belongs in here; mods feel free to move if need be. Figured it would be alright since I posted up my last two Alcan Trip threads in here..

Seriously contemplating a trip from either WA or OR down the Pacific Coast Highway (US 101), ending in either San Diego, or LA. I'm going to have about 2 weeks of time away from the boat to play with; and money really isn't going to be a factor. This is going to be my only time off from Feb until Sept so I would really like to make the most of it.

Want to do somewhat of an overland trip, with plenty of dirt roads, wagon trails and serious wheeling thrown in along the way. Camping is already being planned on, and I'm possibly looking to get a dual battery setup assembled to facilitate using an inverter for hot coffee/gadget charging etc...

Looks like my time off will come somewhere around April/May, will update as I get a better idea of what my schedule will look like.

It'd be awesome to coordinate some wheeling/travel with other TW members along the way also!

Looking for input as far as route/stops/places to see, etc.

    Standing by,

    Jake
