    Agreed. Roofs are some of the easiest panels to fix. That damage is a breeze.

    Was a rental condo for a week. A third party company did the lease deal. I don't think they are responsible. It will be the HOA. Nothing in their parking agreement said anything about responsibility for damages due to neglect (ie no snow guards). Basically said they weren't responsible for theft it breakins ect. Whether they pay or not...I just want them to do something so it doesn't kill someone in the future.

    not sure I understand how the HOA would have liability? is there a state law that requires the snow guards?
