I don't mind the orange - gives it just a bit of pop but still an elegant timepiece.

Last time he wore it he had it on the shark band and it just drew way too much attention IMO

Moto 360 (2) usually wear it to work so I don't pull my phone out during meetings. I occasionally wear a Nixon and have a G Shock tide watch for surfing. As much as I like watches I just can't spend the money on them because it all goes to the truck. I'll just have to get my girlfriend to buy them for me as Christmas/Birthday presents

    That's my every day wear.

I have another limited edition and a dress watch from Citizen as well. Really all I wear. I love the Eco Drive.

I've got a new crystal on the way from England to drop in and make it look new again. Not bad for a 1940s watch

Hows come some GSHOCKS are $30 and some are crazy expensive?

I have a few Tissot Automatics that I like. You can get them on Amazon for a decent amount off of retail. They're legit but they don't come with the factory warranty. I've purchased three different watches with no issues.

My buddy has an IWC but on top of the cost of the watch he has to spend $500 every two years to get it serviced!

I'm not a big gshock fan, but I do love the one I own. I've had it for over 5 years. Tide watch with the moon phases, and small solar panels to keep the battery up. Haven't had a battery issue with it yet. It's been through hundreds of surfs in Hawaii, California, and Mexico. I have a Rip Curl tide watch that the band dried out within a year and cracked and needed a replacement, and the battery died under a year.

I get the tide watch completely. That's great for surfing and fishing the flats but as an every day watch I just don't get it. For the money you could get a decent automatic

I agree. I used to wear it daily as I did valet and I didn't mind it getting banged up a bit, but now it's really only for when I surf or go wheel. I've been sticking to my smart watch lately but I always eye the watches when I'm out. Hopefully my girlfriend takes a hint haha

    My dad SWEARS by these...

He's a truck driver. States the illumination is the best. Customer service is top notch.

I've felt the rubber bands they have. They are nice. Very comfortable.
