What color did you use? A darker co,or but metalic would look good

Primer and a satin black for the grill and then a dark grey version of plasti-dip made by rustoleum for the emblem

Think you just sold me on OPT7s...been looking for a 'plug and play' bulb instead of a retrofit type deal.

How do the fogs match the lows? I see from your links that they appear to be different temps

I think my phone camera may pick up differently on them. In person, to me anyways, they both just look super white, no difference in color.

Sorry, I mean the products were described as 6000K and 5000K respectively

Sounds good to me. I absolutely hate that we have these awesome LED drl lights and yellow ass fogs / lows.

I agree. It was mind blowing that a $40,000 fully loaded truck would not at least come with HID...especially since it is already in a projector housing

Any difference in headlights from 2016 to 2017? I have a 2016, so it's telling my those OPT7s won't fit.

I installed xenlight with he long metal heat syncs that bend. Light looks the same as the leds on my keep. My ram rebel is a 50k truck with the same stupid halogen lights with a projector housing. The taco is just a lot easier to replace

I would add a pic but this forum interface does not let my iPad add a pic... how Awsome... :pout:

Great threat OP. Subscribed for your build for sure. Love the subtle touches. LED headlights and interior LED swap are next on the list. Just got myself some WeatherTech floor mats and mud flaps to install this weekend.

Bath time after a long trip to Texas hill county this week.. I love getting her dirty, but I also love it when she is fresh and clean... replaced the white LEDs in the fogs with yellow

How do the LED high beams compare to the stock bulbs? Much brighter, or just a different color?
