Appreciate all of the replies everyone! I forgot to mention my budget but I'm not looking to spend more than $150 at the moment. I think I'm going to pick up a Sunnto Core after what everyone here has said. Thanks for the help!

Same basic shit everybody else had 5 years ago.
I have a Formula 1 I bought in 2004 and wear it for everything, fishing, hunting, yard work and everything in between. Nothing spectacular about it but it "was" tough as nails. Recently wore it weed eating and washed it later with warm water and dawn. Next morning went to put it on and it was all fogged over. Needless to say the crown was not tightened down properly and had been coming loose on its on lately. So watch out for that. Now it doesn't work at all and I am going to send it off for proper cleaning to get it back working. Getting ready to splurge on a new Aqua Racer calibre 5 automatic, nomore batteries for me.

I own several watches. One of my favorites is the Citizen Eco. Garmin is good if you are into exercise or outdoor stuff.
I have been eyeing the Suunto Core, but I don't have one yet.
For a less expensive option Casio is always a great brand. Just check out the G-shocks; there are a lot of imitations out there; make sure you get the real deal if you go that route.

Go for the dusk grey if you can find one cheap enough. The bezel is a different finish and won't wear like the "all black" model does. It was stricktly for the military until the last few years. I've worn mine daily for two years and still looks new and I'm not gentle haha.

Look at Casio Protrek/Pathfinder as well. Pretty close in ruggedness to a Gshock but looks more like a Core. Most are ABC solar with some being atomic too.

That's a nice looking watch. I may have to look at one of these for my wear outside of work.

Suunto X-Lander Military for my everyday... Been out on several fire details out West and keeps on ticking (figuratively haha)!

They were discontinued a while back and I found mine on eBay for $100. Altimeter is pretty accurate, as is the barometer.

I can't say anything but good things about it. Great watch all around and not very well know for whatever reason like the all black core.

I know it's not in your look wheel house, but I've worn this watch every day for ten years. In the ocean twice a week, work outside in all weather conditions, in mud, sawyering, dusty dirt road and trail building, concrete work, carpentry and wood working, hndling caustic cleaning chemicals, geeze - you name it, I do it - and the watch does too. I haven't even changed the battery or wristband.

I would highly recommend this watch for your latter two requirements.

You mus have gotten a great deal on that! They are about $170 now. I will keep an eye out for a Suunto deal.

It was lightly used when I bought, but I still thought it was a good deal!
