Water damage??

Hey all, just sold my 2011 tacoma to downgrade to 2006 I can own outright. Love this truck, rides smoother, has the TRD package and NO MORE DEBT .

Anywho, after a week of having the truck I've noticed two things. There's a faint smell of water damage to the seats (with some to little color distortion, actually kinda looks like left over clay). I was wonder if I can somehow remove the water damage using....soap? Or If I need to invest in a bunch of cover up sprays, seat cover or a new seat entirely.


The other question I had was how to remove rust and the oxidization on the bottom of the truck. No damage, or flaws in the frame, just a little rust.
