Hi, That's great information. Those are exactly the same places I thought it might be leaking. Interesting that the instructions say to seal the exterior side of the pinch welded lip versus the inside. Water pressure is pushing at the sealer and forcing it away versus forcing it into the seam if you seal it on the interior side. I'll follow those instructions first and see how things are. I don't have clear sealant. White will have to do. I think prepping it with lacquer thinner should suffice. Thanks !

Here's a follow up on my leakage issues. The final leak was along the side. It was impossible to get to from the outside. Even removing the fender was not going to help since there was a layer of metal you would need to cut through. I did not want to try and fix it from the inside since there was so much that needed removing to get to the seam. It was just along the side curve. So my solution was to buy a gallon of elastomeric paint, used on roofs, and pour it down the side and let the excess run out through the bottom. I found some made by Rustoleum for a reasonable price. Didn't take much to fix it, but I'm glad to say it did. It comes in white so it matched the paint. It's also water based so it's easy clean up.
