Got in my truck today and noticed water all over my shifter and passenger floor. Noticed the Damp headliner near review mirror and around control panel above. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks

The only thing that comes to mind is a problem with your windshield seal, since it doesn't appear that you have the sunroof.
I would think that rack mount holes and antenna are too far removed to show up there.
Have you mounted anything directly to the roof around there?

Do you have a roof rack?

I’m pretty sure he bought the truck used. It probably had a rack they pulled off and didn’t plug the holes properly. Just a guess.

I am the 2nd owner bought from a dealership. It came complete stock but I’m not sure if the previous one had a rack or not. I live in socal and it’s been raining like never before and I never have seen the leak yet until today.

You should be able to tell if it was replaced b4 you bought the truck, poss faulty seal.

This is a common problem when the cowl cover seal fails. The water leaks into the HVAC system.
I designed a kit to fix this. Please check out KIT4.

Other of other benefits to this.
    • Keeps rodents and debris out of the air cabin filter
    • Add a cowl intake snorkel for added protection when crossing deep water (2nd gen only)

These fit 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacomas!
