water leak

Water drips from right outside lower edge of the dash. I removed the small panel from the side of the dash. Water is dripping from above that opening. If it rains, say, all day, water will start dripping from the left side of the dash also.

I checked the A/C drain. It is clear.

Being a Florida truck, the a/c runs constantly.

Could this be condensate?

Any ideas?
