    Hi guys,

I recently noticed water in my carpet in the passenger seat. i took the mat out and found it wet. I noticed its dripping from the AC compartment. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be. I am thinking its one of the hoses that got loose therefore letting the water get inside the cabin.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Your evap box drain is more than likely clogged.

Look at the engine side of your firewall directly behind the evap box (under the glove box) and you'll see a rubber nipple coming through. Poke a wire hanger in there to unclog the debris. Water should flow out freely.

Keep the floor mat out, open the windows and try to prop up the carpet off the floor pan until dry.

Here is the nipple you're looking for. This is looking down on the engine compartment at the passenger side. You can see the drop of water coming from it. Yours might have a 90* aluminum elbow in it. Either mine fell out long ago or never had one to begin with.
