I have a 2007 trd sport double cab. Recently when it has snowed I have noticed water in the little cubby where the fuses are inside the cab. (Pictures attached)
I have tried narrowing down the source and cannot find anything. Literally that cubby fills up with water completely. Small leakage on the A pillar panel where the grab handle is as well on driver side. Please help.

I see you have an 2009 Tacoma but this is for a 2005. It will show you basics of what you need to do to locate and seal any seam leaks.

Here is the TSB for the seam leaks: https://www.tacomaworld.com/attachments/bo00405r-05-leak-pdf.1051900/

No it has not. I’ve had the truck 5 years and I have never replaced it.

Let me phrase it another way. Has the windshield ever been replaced? If it's an OEM windshield, it will say Toyota in the corner someplace. It's very rare to have OEM glass used as a replacement.

Previous owner must have replaced at one point. It is not OEM

The reason I bring this up is that a poorly installed windshield can allow water to run down the A pillar and cause all sorts of problems. I'd suggest you do what @Jimmyh suggested in looking for a seam leak, but also see if the windshield might be leaking.

Sometimes you can find leaks by closing all the windows and doors, running the blower on high in the fresh air mode (recirculate off), spraying soapy water around suspect areas on the exterior, and looking for bubbles.
