Like the title says, when i use my ac water leaks all over my passenger floor mat, pretty sure the condenser hose came off or is blocked, but i was wondering if anyone had a diagram of this :confused:

Your drain tube is clogged. if you have access to shop air, blow air up in the tube (get under the truck) then water should start pouring out of the tube. may be better to disconnect the tube from the evap case and blow air into the other end of the tube so you dont blow the gunk into your case.

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
Good question. I get water on the passenger side floor when it rains, not from the ac. Yeah..... the windows are up, ha ha. Haven't been able to find the source yet.

I just unclogged mine cause it was leaking all over the passenger side floor. If you look under your dash under the glove compartment, there's a rubber tube that's about 1.5-2inches long at the bottom back right corner of that big black cooling unit box, that goes through the firewall to the other side. That's the tube that you need to unclog. If you follow the that tube to the engineside, you'll see it come out of the firewall as an aluminum curved tube about 2-3 inches long curved toward the ground and enclosed by a rubber boot. What I did was just go under the dash and disconnect the tube from the black cooling box and push the whole tube through the firewall and the whole assembly dropped onto the ground underneath the car. I then unclogged it and put it back on in reverse. Just be careful as you disconnect the tube from the cooling box under the dash, all the water that couldn't drain through the tube will start gushing. so make sure you have something handy to redirect and catch that water so it doesn't go all over your floor.

and no, you don't have to take your dash apart, you should be able to see it pretty clearly under the glove compartment

On my 2002 I had someone whos big foot must of cracked the condensior(sp) box and had a crack in it and found water on my passenger side floor mat. I thought it was too much to pull everything out and replace the piece. I bought just the bottom half of the plastic box it was only like $17.00 back in 2005. I just cut the bottom of the box and glued it to the bottom of the broken one and never leaked again..
