Weather stripping problem. Take it to the dealer and get them to fix it. Do you also get the Kazoo wind noise when driving say on the interstate in high winds?

I think that's normal unless it's coming into the cabin? But get it checked out just in case.

The door weather strip is between the door sill and the running board. So it is possible to see very little water there.

The water that runs along the side can be water that was sitting between the door and the weather strip. So when you opened the door it instantly dripped down.

I would only be concerned if the water was ever touching the door panel or floor.

I'm looking at these pictures and I'm not seeing an issue. This looks like an area that is outside where the weatherstripping seals and is perfectly normal.

I'm sorry, this looks normal to me. the pictures indicate the water is outside the cabin and the weatherstripping is doing its job. He's not complaining about wet carpet or seats. Not sure if you noticed or not but there's holes at the bottom of the door that allow for draining. This is so water doesn't collect inside the doors and rust them out from the inside. Yes, water does get inside the door, it will run down the window and inside the door paneling to drain out the bottom.

You could be right. There have been several threads of people complaining about wet carpet and he didn't mention that here. Also the kazoo noises indicate possibly some loose fitting weather stripping (another issue itself) he didn't say he had that. I did notice the water circled in red here and can't say I've noticed this in my truck Screenshot_2017-01-12-21-33-43.jpg

Without an expanded shot I don't know the context. Is this running board and door will? Is this the door will and a wet shoe print?

Pics like this would give better context. I took the liberty of stepping outside and taking some for example purposes.

Example 1. Picture looking down at the door sill indicating a clear demarcation from the door sill and inside paneling.
    IMG_5755.jpg
Looking forward, shows clear demarcation from door weatherstripping and door jamb.
    IMG_5756.jpg
Looking rear showing clear door jamb area and where weatherstripping seals against cabin.
    IMG_5757.jpg

Pictures like this would go a long way in showing the OP if it was an issue with the weather stripping or if it's normal.
