So I went to put in my new weather tech mats in my 2017 tacoma trd off road and there was water under my driver side mat. Didn't think to much into it just dried it up and put my mats in. Then the morning pulled up my mats and it was there again. Thought it could be coming from the roof rack not being properly sealed but its only on the floor, none of the side walls or roof is wet at all. I have no idea where its coming from, any help at all would be appreciated thanks

Do you have a sunroof? The sunroof drain tubes run down the A-Pillar on both sides. They might be clogged or something.

Has your windshield ever been replaced?

I had one done and it took 3-4 windshields and nearly 4 months to get the truck fully dry.

Have you beat your pinch welds if you did the CMC mod for bigger tires? Occasionally the pinch weld will leak after being beat on.

No I don't have a sunroof, just the roof rack

I never had to get a CMC or beat the pinch welds

I gotcha. Yeah I have a Prinsu roof rack, and I’ve always been afraid of it leaking. But I used a very generous amount of silicone, and fortunately I haven’t had an issue.. knock on wood.
