    Hi Guys,

I know price is a bit high, unfortunately steel has increased quite a bit. We had to go thick on these to make sure there is a no flex(1/4" thickness) when off roading.

Shipping varies by location. But it’s still a good amount of money overall. I’ll report once I get it.

    Hi Guys,

Costco will be back live around 6/1. Unfortunately the $119.99 price was a one time promotion.

Anyone with with really tight fit between the tank and the bed rail mount?

Originally slid the tank in the mount when the outside temperature was in the thirties/forties. Now with a hot spell in the upper eighties in my area, I have been using it daily to spray off after runs. I could not get the tank off. Gingerly tried a floor jack. Nope. Had to work the bolts off the bed rail. Used a two by four to hammer the mount off the tank.

Now have the screws on the tank backed off a bit. Seems to go on and off a little bit better. I am thinking also the paint finish on the mount reduced the clearance as well. I see some has scraped off.

Mine is pretty tight as well. Not easy to slide on/off

yeah it is a tight fit. .125" would be a helpful little addition to the offset piece, except then you get more wiggle room which it might not hold securely.

Thinking about filing the outside edges of the bed mount little bit at a time to find the happy place between rattle loose and easy off.

Edit: Don't want to be stuck on a long trip and not able to get the thing off.

I threw some washers between rain and plate and it seemed to help out a lot just pull straight up not at an angle.

    Hi Guys,

If you tank is very tight the best solution is to remove a washer(leave one on) from the top two bolts on the back. This will make it very easy to slide on and off. DO not remove any from the bottom. Our powder coating seems to fluctuate in thickness causing the issue. Hope this helps!

I went through the water port for the last one nylon fitting because sportsman warehouse didn’t have them.

The waterport customer service has shown to be top notch. I wouldn’t advice against buying it anywhere else. They’ll still get the same customer service regardless. I got a couple of pieces from them already and have 0 leaks.

It’s worth the extra 50 bucks to get it right the first time.

So you bought one from waterport and returned the other to sportsmans?

can you pressurize this thing while it's being used so you have constant pressure until the water runs out?

You can attach an air pump to the Schrader valve.

I attempted to make a mount since I didn’t want to buy the waterport drop mount...I think I spent just as much on metal/nuts/bolts/paint. Maybe it wasn’t the best idea. I mounted it low and used the cubby screws. I hope those screws can hold the weight. I lost the use of the cubby but can still get to the power.
