searched, but couldnt find anything on this.. has anyone that has a camper shell and a sleeping platform (the kind that sits on 2x6s on in the factory notches) mounted a waterport on their bed rails?

I bought one used with quick fists and aluminum brackets from first world problems fab, but the platform gets in the way and the brackets cant be flipped upside down bcause the lip of the camper gets in the way.. if you have this setup, please post some pictars!:D

Thanks in advance ladies and gents:hattip:

Did you ever find a mounting solution? Ran into the same problem. Did some searching and all I found was from @ninernation

"I bought bolts that are ~1/2" longer than the stock ones and ~1/2" spacers...was looking for metal but only nylon ones for the time being. I put washers on each side of the spacer but otherwise attached as instructed. There's a little bit of play but so far so good."

    Still looking for options.

I was able to mount mine on the bed rails with the bed rail mount that came with it. I have a decked system with a bed cage, no camper though.

    Thanks @OrangeCrash
Ended up using spacers and longer bolts, works great so far. Way better than buying their $40+ drop down plate
