Ordered my waterport last March, finally took it out of the box today for the summer season & for family camping trip tomorrow at Big Bear Lake. Did a trial run at home and massive leak coming out of the side port mount. I only added about 40psi and did not go above 48psi as the instructions mentioned. I live in the desert so elevation shouldn't be a factor & its brand new out of the box.
Im way passed the 30 days & I didn't see any warranty information inside box.
    Any help/suggestions op?IMG_2070.jpg

Hey man, shouldnt be a problem. Looks like you have a bit of an older one but not sure why that happened. Adrian tests them all for leaks prior to shipping. Go ahead and PM me and well get this taken care of

Just installed the bedrail mount version last week. Works great. I get about 60 seconds of full power on highest volume setting. Then I hooked up my Ryobi compressor to the schrader valve and set it 45 psi. That gave me full pressure until the tank ran out.
    Uses so far-
    1) clean sand off feet and toys at the beach last week
    2) rinsed off dishes at campsite
    3) cleaned grass and goose shit off push cart and shoes after round of golf yesterday (I shot my personal best, 1 over par, but I don't think the Waterport had anything to do with that!)
    4) sneak attack on my son's baseball team while they had a water balloon fight in the cul-de-sac last night.

hmm, I honestly thought the waterport body was held a little more secure in the bed mount... yours looks like it sits really low. is that normal? seems like there's a lot of play in that setup and it could get damaged quicker?

It's normal to me cause I don't know a difference. Once I filled it up it's tight and doesn't move even thought it's not touching the rail screws. @Pirhett wouldnknow for sure.

makes sense. I guess I just never saw a really good pic of the bed rail mount before you posted yours. the pics on their website make it seem like it's a pretty snug fit, with minimal room for movement (I even asked Pirhett about this at one time). is there play when the waterport is empty (i.e. would it slide out of the mount)?

If that's where you want to install, you'll need to purchase the bed header rail. It's the same from the 2nd Gens and fits fine. You'll just need a torx bit for install. (PT278-35100-BH)

Seen some worries about how the tank sits in the mount. Because of the way the waterport expands when filled it will expand and fill up the space on the mount. This alone will hold it in place but then those bolts on top act as a ceiling to prevent it from sliding out or anything strange. Pretty much its not going anywhere!
