You need a website so I can see what you can retail .

just so you know. the 5th PIN on the relays can be used as another trigger. Meaning, if you want to have the foreword facing lights on with high beams without pressing another switch - you connect that 5th pin to your headlight high beam switch. Same with Rear facing lights, on with reverse.

How would I wire the 'all on master switch', would I have to use the fifth pin for that or could I still have front:back designations with high beams/reverse? Speaking strictly about lighting.

That has been the conundrum . You could do it with the 5th pin. But having them all on with a switch and the headlights... Might need to use Diodes in line to prevent the back flow of power.

So the theory would be this.

    1. all lights 5th pin to a single switch. Power from acc or constant HOT

    2. all lights 5th pin to a single switch, reverse lights and headlights LED 5th pin have extra lead inline with a DIODE, then that lead to the respective High beam/ Reverse signal - Main switch for all on to acc or constant HOT

~Diodes act as a one way valve, only letting the power go in one direction.

I think I prefer method 1. Constant hot, then I'll just probably end up with an extra switch for the rear. So basically, master switch fore, and master switch aft.

Skygear bussman fuse relay smart box. ARB 12v plug hard wired for ARB fridge. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid. Smittybilt X2O 10K winch
I finally was able to install the Bussmann box a couple of weeks ago. I was originally going to buy the Blue Sea fuse box and pre-fabbed mount. I already had the breaker which I purchase on Ebay for 15.00. So when I started to see the possibilites of the BUSSMAN that SKYGEAR was selling it was a no brainer.
Arizona has some very harsh climate and the dirt/dust find me cleaning my engine fairly frequently. Also I have been driving Tacoma’s for over 23 years and always wanted a reliable and expandable 12V source for lights and other accessories.
I advised SkyGear what I would be running and in this case just 3 item, with it pre-wired for future expansion ( CB, additional lights) etc.
    • Hood/Ditch Lights
    • 20” LED Light Bar which was installed at the time of the Bussmann
    • ARB Dedicated – Always on 12v source for my 50 quart ARB Fridge.
I Am using ARB’s fridge kit/wire and plug. The wire comes as * 8 gauge – Wired always on-Hot.
My dad assisted with the install and we took our time as he explained some things along the way , so it is always a “learning experience”. He is an electrical engineer :)
Skygear’s product is top notch and OUTSTANDING workmanship and materials. My suggestion to you guys thinking or doing is to take your time and think what you may be hooking up to this in the future. There are a lot of options and he has made this project MANDATORY for you Tacoma enthusiasts. Also , if you are unsure how to approach the project , reach out to SKY GEAR and you will get your answer.

If someone wants to make a template in WORD or Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc. Then upload it here for the masses, that would be helpful.

Snap one pic right over the horns. Would you consider relocating them AGAIN? Thats the spot and 2 bolts used to mount the RFRM.

you want any breakers or anything else in that area? or I will just leave some extra for future decisions/
