I'll take care of you, don't stress it. Also will be sending longer bolts. That way you can ground there also.

This is how I decided to make the Negative bus on one of the installs I am doing. Retaining the full functionality of the 10/40 positions. I have been doing a similar setup on the 5/10 requiring the 3rd bus for the Weather-Pack connections.

Like the handy work? I have some of the Ground Blocks, just don't fit properly (looks and durability) on these things. Making an external daisy chained buss has been working so much better.

I use the Auto strippers to 'span' the wire in 1/2" increments. Then, with the wire exposed, I use a set of tiny needle nose pliers to span the copper wire making that hole. Insert the wire between. Twist it around tightly. The hole will close up. I use the same small pliers to wrap it tighter and 'polish' the connection. After that, I wrap some solder all the way around the wire so no more copper is exposed. Apply heat from the solder gun and wait until the wire 'sucks' up the solder. Now cut some 1/2" length heat shrink tubing and put it over the finished/ tinned connection. Move onto the next one....

That is amazing man. I can only imagine how tedious that is just making one daisy chain. Next pay check I am submitting my order, I have to have one of these in my truck

Some 1st gen install pictures from last night. *User Name Withheld* ;)

Custom made mounting bracket/plate for it too! - Features a pass through in the bottom directly below the center mounting bolt. The passthrough is for the Negative grounding point to the chassis. Used a set of 2 washers to sandwich the crimped/ heat shrunk ring terminal between them. Once its painted, ooooohhh, watch out. SmEXY!

    Bolts are M6 1.25

Add a fuse -> Tapped the 'Accessory' 15amp circuit. Middle top. keeps the tap facing the right direction so you can run the harness as close to the left side of the truck as possible.

Harness - Thats the pin 30 harness. We decided to make it 7' last minute. Then ran it across the top side of the firewall on the small ledge. Put the non terminated leads next to the battery.

I've been reading this for awhile and I feel like the more I read it, the more confused I get. Is there any links or noob guide to all of this? Originally I was thinking a blue sea set up for a few accessories but I keep reading how awesome these are.
