I just got through the PM's If i didn't get in touch, by all means, contact me. Want to yell at me? I don't particularly like that, buy am willing to listen since I know I deserve it. All I can do is try to make things 100% moving foreword.

I mentioned to all privately and publicly. I will hopefully be taking new orders Monday ish, but ONLY after I get these in house out the door first. I feel that would be fair to everyone.

Skygear why exactly do you "deserve" to be yelled at? For getting raked over the coals by big brother? For following the advice of your attorney? Or because you made some $ doing something you obviously enjoyed (maybe a hobby) without a legit business and all of the associated hoopla?

Wanna know why an spod or other similar devices cost so much? Because before they made a dime they had lawyers protecting their asses! You, my friend, were a one man and some kids show providing an awesome product for cheap. If anyone on here wants to bitch, whine, and yell at you tell them to keep saving their money for an inferior product. Just my two cents.

Wish you the best of luck going forward.

I am no dummy when it comes to anonymity on the net. I could have used various means to contact everyone, and I didn't. Frankly I was worried there was an 'agent' on the other end doing a controlled buy and thats what really drove me to keep the silence.

I am getting together these orders in front of me. All will be shipped by monday morning at the latest. Plans are to Open up orders again Monday night. Turn around time from there should be right at the 2 week mark. Already there are 17 people PM'ing me wanting to order now.

My distributer set me back a couple times, and pushed my time frames out of wack for a couple things in the past. That is when I was projecting a 7 day turn around. my thought process was, receive payment, email them to order components with in the same hour as payment was received, they ship within 24hrs, 2-3 days transit to me, couple hours build time, ship out next day or same day, then 2-3 days shipping to you.

Well, if there is a backorder, they hold the WHOLE order and neglect to tell me until I realize it 3 days later. Then it holds up the rest of the orders. I order specific components, the pickers send the wrong ones.... OR like the last time, I order quantities of multiple things, and they mix up the quantities and charge me crazy amounts of money for them.

All in all, I just want this to be a smooth transition. Goal here is to build up some capital to start stocking 20 or more of each in house to get my turn around times down to a couple days.

This issue really took my business plan and shoved it down the tubes. I'm back in the negative on this right now. Moving funds from other projects around to cover this for the time being until everyone else gets their packages. Then while in transit, the orders will be budgeted appropriately/

I am not trying to raise the costs on anything. Just trying to move foreword and keep this learning experience under my belt.

Still offering FREE install to anyone willing to make their way to my neck of the woods, or get me to where you are by whatever means we decide.

Out of everything I got back, PLINY, I do have 1 5relay/10fuse box not spoken for. SO hypothetically, I could get that built and shipped after I get these orders shipped. Originally it was supposed to be one of the donation boxes but no one printed out the voucher for the 2 meets I was donating to/.

Again, I apologize. Also wanted to let you know, that I was taking care of you. I have nothing to hide. I can only control the controlables. Even then, I try to control even more;)

I was more concerned for the both of us since I never have had to deal with a paypal dispute in all the years I have been using PP. I just saw that there was a hold for the amount of the invoice, plus it was saying that there was some sort of end date of the 16th for the dispute. Not really sure what happens then. Again haven't ever dealt with a dispute.

That label pictured is yours, and I hope you saw also, there are plenty of boxes for the orders. Just don't feel comfortable shipping something that was out of my possession for so long. Who knows what they actually did with them. I just want to make sure all the connections are solid and that they didn't introduce any foreign objects into them or contaminants /

I'm back on track, the right track, and moving foreword.

Doing my best to get these tested. I'll be offline for a few hours so I can focus.

I still have not got it sorted out man. I thought I did and ran all the wires one weekend and have the box all redneck zip tied in my engine bay (lol). Hooked everything up based on some help I received but nothing came on once I flipped the switch. I haven't had time to mess with it since and was just going to wait until you got back on here to ask you a few questions. No rush though you have had quite the adventure. I was just trying to figure out what wire went to what (to the light, switch, etc.). Still don't have a mount. PM me your paypal.

I have something in the works for the mounting plate(s). Don't want to meet the car out of the bag just yet. But there have been movements in the right direction for them. I should have more Intel within 24 hrs

Just letting everyone know. Taking a break from testing to work on an install PDF. My fingers are throbbing from poking myself a few good times with my test leads. Need to break up the routine for a few minutes

Glad thing are coming back together, I guess im not mad anymore due to your circumstances. I tried to dispute a couple days ago but I had already exceed the 45 days (hadn't checked the forums in a long time until today). No big rush for my order as I wouldn't install it soon. Good Way to move forward!

    Thanks,
    Simon Trevino

    HOLY CRAP...

Not sure what to say, but you don't deserve to be yelled at or much less be apologizing. It was out of your control. Sure you could have contacted some people, but that may jeopardize something between you your lawyer and/or the "investigation", so no harm no foul man!

Glad everything turned out ok and your family is fine.

Im looking to pick up one of these very soon, so glad to see that you're still around

The reason I am asking is to save me money. I can have Yotamac ship them individually, but thats another expense out of pocket. I am having him ship them all to me and then packaging them individually in the boxes to your houses with your orders.

Just my way of saying thank you for being patient, and that way it is a true all in one solution when you get it.

    These are his product.
