Yep. But there are different materials that are put in this form factor. Some you can use on hardwood floors and others on space ships. So they are similar, yet very different.

Dane. I'll get you later today. I have to catch a couple hours to be able to stay focused today. Also, now that I know what you want, I'll start the process after I finish these.

That particular build bills out like so.

    100 small box
    50 3/2 split advanced loom with +hot, +ignition, -ground/negative
    50 (10x5 each) weatherpack
    5 3rd Buss
    80 (10x8 each) breakers
45 (20x2.25 per foot) marine grade 4 gauge wire
7.50 4 gauge ring terminals copper 4 of them
2.50 fuse tap for ignition on
    12.75 shipping flat rate

    352.75

If you took off all the additional things you didn't want. Went with harness and weatherpack

    100 small box
    50 advanced long harness
    50 weatherpack (5x10)
    5 3rd Buss
    2.50 fuse tap
    12.75 flat rate shipping

    220.25

    Or any combination you prefer

Lots of the Jeep guys contacting me. I do not discriminate. Rather you have a solid product to protect your investment. Doing an FJ install this comming week. Did 3 TJ's installs over the summer too.

That is not including all of the ones I have shipped. The Polaris & LR guys love my gear too!

Your work looks impeccable! Have you considered using multi-conductor wire for the run to your switches? I've used it in the past for a few of my projects that required multiple input/return paths.

I like your idea for a common negative buss run, especially since it's embedded in glue/sealant.

Yes. I planned on getting some. Issue I have is this though. Lots of my harnesses are SPLIT. Multi conductor wire is not the best for splitting and splicing other wires into them. HOWEVER. It is your money, I will build it the way you tell me to.

For an install this coming weekend, I have some in transit. Braided loom in different colors too.

I also like the soft texture to this wire. Easily moved through the cab. With a quick pull of the braided loom, it can become stiff. With the multi conductor wire, I found it is generally medium stiffness and wants to stay curled up. Not a bad thing, just an attribute of the wire. The stuff I currently use stays flat and still maintains the similar diameter to the multi conductor wire.

For the 5 relay box, I generally use

    5 switch/ trigger wires
    1 hot
    1 neg
1 ignition - this wire is always pulled about 2 feet out of the harness from the box. So you can access the fuse box to tap ignition using an add a fuse.

So an 8/9 conductor would work. Ask me to split that stuff ? its not an easy task. can be done. just not as simple as making the harness I normally do. Lots of people want the 3/2 split.

On a 3/2 split. I actually split and solder in an additional +/-/ign in there. I need to have some on hand to explore its capabilities.
