You take all your negatives and terminate them close to your accessories. All the positives go to the box. From the box there is a wiring harness with all the + in there for the switches. It is easy, just VERRY time consuming.

Well that's even better if we get to talk tothe man who built the stuff! I'll get some pics for you Sat or maybe this Friday.

As for the wiring, I'm pretty sure I can figure it out, it just might take me a while. Once I figure out how one works then I'll be able to figure the rest out. I might end up buying a skygear box Friday. I really need to clean up my wires haha.

Ok I think I need a price for the following...

<---->RTMR 5 relays 10 fuses - $100 (Skybox Jr.) (RFRM could be the Skybox expedition)

    Power Buses

----Standard - 2 bus (positive and negative).

    WIRE and Harness

----Long loomed harnesses for switch and accessories <- specify length to accessories and switches. $ normally $15+ additional (I think that long enough to go from the front firewall in the engine compartment, through the wire harness boot and too the center cup holder area would work for me, for all switches and accesories)

    End of Wire Connections

---- Standard - Bare. No terminations on the ends of wire.

    Fuses vs. Breakers

---- Fuses - Included -> tell me what you want (I got mostly lights but I do have one air compressor 100% duty cycle)

POWER for Switches - Pros and cons to both, Ultimately the option is yours.

----Always On - Constant fused power in the Loom. Doing this you are able to provide power to the switches. They will always be powered in the cab.
    - One idea for this is to put a switch inline for the power. In doing this, you would have to flip this switch, powering the rest of the switches.

You can wire the whole thing. The plate goes over the top of the box and then mounts to the side of the fender using the factory holes.

That's a good move there, I might be doing that when I get home Saturday. Freeing up that space behind the fuse box.

I say just "settle" on a more universal plate. Any chance the fender fasteners are spaced the same on the two chassis?

Might be. Your right on settling for a universal plate.. my hope is for the smaller box, the 4runner plate.

    For the larger plate, a 10" x 6" usable real-estate, bend dimensions are 10" x 8" ---- Bend so you have a ~2" mounting wing

The issue is, other people want a mounting plate for other products. I do not mind sharing my findings with the masses. For some people, they will bend themselves. For others, fab shops will make them and sell them. I'd like a piece of the pie. Unable to bend in mass quantity is an issue. Rather people get what they want with people capable of providing it.

Once I am able to purchase this welder, I'll be able to offer other products. Thats down the road though. Lincoln Mig 210 MP is what I plan on getting with the Aluminum Gun.
