Skygear, possible to order OTRATTW(whatever) switches through you as well?

Would like to order switches with switch backs and a 10 relay box, all of the wiring color coded so all I have to do is run a bundle of wires through the firewall to connect to other wires out of the box. Install the box and battery connections and run wiring for lights, obviously, but all the switches and fusing and such be good to go [IMG]. PM a price please [IMG]

Skygear, how much for the 6 switch backs? All I need to do with these is order the switches and they fit right into the backings, right?

What I found works for us is to NOT look until I know that I have a strong enough downpayment to get them.

Found a beautiful one, fit the bill. 2 story nice chunk of property. 2 car garage, with attached workshop, the works.

worked out a deal a and then last minute they pulled out since I was still in the process of gathering a downpayment. Now the property has doubled in value and I decided not to look till I have a fair amount saved.

This is one of the upsides to a VA loan. Don't need the down payment. But it makes my monthly payments higher.

Good luck on the house stuff. We are looking for our second one right now. And possibly selling the one we have in KS

That wire is if you want to have ignition on power for the switches. Depending on the model year, you use a fuse tap/ add a fuse and tap into your 12v acc/ cigarette lighter.

Absolutely nothing. I just think it looks cleaner under the box. Show as little as possible.

Just being curious. So I use an add a fuse for the red wire. So which wire do in use to connect to the switches for the ignition power?

So, is there anything wrong with wiring these right from the battery for now? I currently have my 2 switches wired from the battery into my center console. I can just take those and use them for the switch bank? Or would the ideal method be to buy a fuse/relay box and wire them to that?

The skinny red wire, 18 gauge. The 14 gauge is fused constant hot.
Not a problem. You can wire them however you like

I do aircraft wiring, and I understand overloading things. I am just trying to make sure I don't overload a wire rating. I have 18g (I think?) running to the existing lights. Should I keep both wires I have running, and split the switches 3/3 with those? I don't have plans for some of the switches yet...
