Did you find the 105 to have considerable cleaning power? Will it actually correct slight swirls?

Doubt it has much correcting power. From what I am reading it is more of a sealant.

I use nothing but Adam's on my vehicles. You will not be disappointed with the ease of use and quality of products. Check out their videos. They are pretty awesome and you can learn so much.

I have a garage full of thier products and love each and everyone of them.

To get swirls out completely you will need speed and power in the form of an random orbital polisher.

This thread is just another example of how you could ask 100 car enthusiasts their favorite detailing products and get about 30 different answers. Every one of them would say, "Mine is better than yours". In reality, 25, or so, of those are all excellent.

This is true. You're not going to get out swirls but applying any product by hand. You might partially cover them up but that's only a partial and temporary fix. If you really want to keep your paint looking nearly as good as it did out of the factory, the R/O buffer needs to be part of your detailing inventory.

Sounds like the ole' Dodge, Chevy and Ford questions. LOL. I've used Adam's, Chemical Guys, Poor Boys and Griot's with great results. I'm not a Autozone, Target or Wal-Mart product kind of guy. Nothing wrong with the products that they sell but I rather buy my products from detailing specific company itself. If I have a question about a product or need tech support Chemical Guys and Adam's are always there to help out.

M105 has mild abrasives in it and it will correct minor clear coat scratches. I touched the tailgate on a garage door and got a little scuff. M105 with a PC polisher got it right out. It is a polish. Not a sealant. If we are talking about meguires 105.

Just went back and saw it was dura gloss 105 sealant. My fault. No experience with that.

Agree, Para... I buy a lot of Griot's products, solid stuff and great technical support. I use the Prima line of polishes and waxes but I'm considering trying Klasse.

I use blackfire products. The shampoo, sealant, wax, and spray wax I have are supposed to use the same polymers so in theory they would all just keep adding the same formula for protection. For all I know all good companies do this. I'd have nothing against using chemical guys or griots or any other "boutique" product.

This is the best IMO. I also like Meguires #26,#20 and S100

Best advice I heard is find something you like and use it often. Several great brands out there. I use a lot of Adams but have Chemical Guys, Wolfgang, Klasse, Collinite....to name a few. I avoid Walmart stuff cause in my experience it's not has good as the previously mentioned brands.

I would think aircraft paint is different than auto paint so not sure I would go that route.

    LS1 swap with nitros.
I've had good success with the Klasse sealants, but have been using pinnacle black label diamond surface coating after a thorough clay bar. It has held up on two other vehicles for about 10 months of the south Florida sun which is better than I have seen with other products.

I get my stuff at autogeek as it is about 3 miles away. The new '16 taco will be getting some TLC soon.
