if its a full size pallet 48x40, then the pallet prob weighs 35-40 lbs.

Also, you have yours mounted on the Prinsu from what I see, correct? I have a prinsu on a non-reinforced topper.

Good to know, so I'm probably not too far off the 150 number. Yes it's mounted on a prinsu. The tent is slightly wide than the rack so it sits on the side rails. I added my roof rack so I doubt mine is reinforced

    Check out the build
If you get a decent group in the Bay Area, you can ship them all to me for locals to pick up. We can all split the shipping?

Possibly, that's why I need people to put their location so I can figure shipping. The rate was going to cover everyone being able to receive their tent. Otherwise everyone from California is looking at a $4-600 shipping bill, I figured that would turn a lot of people off so that's why I'm considering doing it this way. Hopefully that makes sense

I'd also be willing to pick up some of the CO guys tents. I'm always down for a road trip.

makes sense, so you thinking of doing a TW express basically renting a box truck or something and bringing them to one location per state based on who decides to order. and dividing up the cost in some way that makes sense.

Pretty much, but I am willing to bring them to each and every person if needed.

But those are the finer details that will be discussed once we are nearing the 38 person mark

thats my plan too. Now my problem is do I just mount it on my cabrack or is it time to move to a bedrack or shell ... wasn't planning to move to a hardtop anytime soon till now.

I just sold my bed rack. I am moving to a shell. I am not sold on this one, unless Chandler is coming to VA

$1500 plus whatever it comes out to be for cost of shipping, but still a deal. If I had a guaranteed order of 80/120 than I could probably get the price closer to $1500 shipped easily. And thats a possibility depending on how many people jump in.
