Its been a year. Definitely got my use out of it. The tent that @ChandlerDOOM offers is definitely the best deal out there for a hardshell. I wish i had gotten in earlier.

But if I make the switch to a hardshell, im going all out with the FSR automatic one. I love their brand, and it will be my 3rd tent

Was my order already cancelled? Should I expect a refund? I think I prefer the commit list before purchasing so I can at least free up those funds.. Please let me know!

Just PM Coe. He was quick to respond and refunded me with no questions asked. Unfortunately we came into this group buy too early.

I think it is deadish. Not because Chandler isn't whiling to import them but because they need to be bought in bulk so his hands are tied. Individuals can't be patient or are too sheepish to commit. That is where the issue lies. To me the wait was worth it. I use my twice a month or more since I got it.

Everything is based on demand, we had a good start and then it died off and went too long. So its kind of a pause until interest builds up.

When I get a solid minute to update the thread I will.

I was one of those who paid, waited impatiently for like 2 weeks and realized there wasn't any traction. I got in too late and too early. Chandler communicated quickly and explained everything. He refunded me without question or making it weird. I hope it works out soon for those holding on.

I could be convinced for the right price. But I am in Utah.

What part of Utah and what model did you get. Found one in Arizona but missed out on it.

Just spent 8 nights over the last two weeks in the tent camping in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah and I loved the tent. The only thing I need to do is figure out a better mounting solution for it. Its on the roof of my double cab and so it overhangs the front and rear of my prinsu rack. It held on fine but I felt like the front of the tent was getting pushed up from air rushing up the prinsu fairing (my front mounting hardware is maybe 12" from the front of the tent). Added a ratchetstrap across the front part and that fixed my worries about it flexing upward but going to try finding a more permanent / attached solution. Loved sleeping in the tent! Can't wait to take it out again.
