Ya, guy buys a Toyota product and says he's waiting for issues to be addressed before he buys a Gen 3 Tacoma, maybe next year, and he's trolling. For what gain?

Maybe he's just proud of the vehicle he bought his wife and has posted here before asking questions about the Gen 3. Wants us to know what his final decision was. Is that too hard to swallow?

What a hideous front end! Id take a late 90's LX/Landcruiser over that and pocket the savings. Sad that every lexus car/suv share the same front end

    Whatever.

@FeelTheTeal again, congrats on the truck. It's a totally cool Toyota product and I hope you enjoy it. Lurking is allowed, so continue if you feel the need.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

How ironic. You see you're doing the same thing by complaining right?

Yeah you can call that when someone posts a one liner link for the sake of one thread but the guy is excited about the wife's rig. Nothing wrong with that.

    What a nice vehicle, congratulations.
To those few that just spew negativity, glad you're unhappy. Is this YOUR forum? No, it's tcbob's. I hope the mods ban you both. Forever on you unhappiness will shine with those attitudes.

@FeelTheTeal Congrats to both you and your wife on the new rig. Talk about riding around in class and comfort! Welcome to the forum btw. Don't let these whiners scare you off. Do you think you're wife has any tampons that these whiners (@2016BBP) can use?

So you've been here 6 months or so, even less the OP who seems to be interested in the 3rd gen but he posts his new [rebadged] Land Cruiser [which frankly and honestly makes a NA spec Taco seem as well built and solid as a piece of play dough] and you think of him as a troll?

I haven't been here that long but I've owned Toyota trucks/FJ40s since 1979, I quit owning them for quite a while [newer ones] when the 1984 I had would rust in a mild dew. [beds were recycled cow manure] I like my 15 Taco, probably a bit more useful but my Japanese build FJC build quality puts it to shame.

FWIW, I think most manufacturers have first year build issues simply because vehicles are so damn complicated now and to have all of it to work perfectly in all weather conditions and driving styles while conforming to new crash, fuel [CAFE] and emissions standards is a very difficult thing to due with zero issues.

[And honestly, if I ran Toyota, the frames would have been galvanized 20 years ago]
