Call the Toyota care number to get it towed to the dealer. They will have to remove the bed, rotate your tires, and change your spark plugs. Oh yea, they will need to check your floor mats to make sure they are secure too. Then once all that is done you will have to buy a new gas cap because this one now has been over torqued. Sorry man, that sucks.

 

+1 on the floor mats. They may have caused this issue as it seems Toyota is obsessed about them.

 

I thought about leaving my truck but remembered that this guy got his truck bashed with a baseball bat by the gas station attendant for being parked at the pump over an hour.

Went to get my 2nd Gen tranny fluid changed at the stealership and it was free.
I asked why, the tech said for some reason the 3rd Gen Tacomas are overfilled at the factory, so they try to drain a little bit out of every one that they sell before handing over the keys to the new owner. They are trying to go green so they've been reusing them for 2nd Gen tranny fluid service. Win-Win for everyone.

Does anyone else's 3rd Gen Tacoma make sounds like this when driving at 60 mph?
