When I was 30 I was like, "ok, if I do everything right and don't screw up, I can retire at 55" Now at 36 I'm like, "I literally can't do this another day"

Nice! You'll have a handsome tax free pile of cash when you're 59.5!

    Did!

That's what i'm hoping lol. Or first time home buyers loan where i can take it out for a house and not get taxed. That's my plan.

However, i think you can only take out 10K maximum for that way. Hope i'm wrong.

There's all sorts of ways to get the money out early if you need to. Worry about that when the time comes.

32, I feel your pain. Give me a cabin on 200 acres of land with no one around and food. I'll be perfectly fine.

Oh for sure I know we’re all speculating. But I do think it’s gonna pop soon, we’ll see. My realtor says even when it pops house prices here wont be effected much (moreso condos that will tank) but I don’t know if I believe that.

I 100% understand that. I don't mind rn because I absolutely love what I do, and I work 99% by myself to develop these robots for production.

But I want to travel with my wife before we have kids which is on the horizon lol

I turn 29 in a few weeks, so the clock's ticking on retiring by 30.

it is $10k, but as @kairo said I'm sure there are ways around it.

Literally same. That's why I like my job, I don't intereact with people very often so it's relatively stress free haha

Ah yes, the "Tendy Default Swap" strategy

We get those test phishing emails every once in a while. Even have a little icon in our Outlook to report them.

Our HR manager really doesn't like when I report his regular emails as phishing just so I don't have to look at them though. :D

I'd be bored out of my skull. depends if I had enough to retire comfortably, or have F U money where you could reinvest in some new venture and still be safe from the rat race.

I want to travel and take Squareone Creations full time. I have a TON of ideas and plans that I want to fund.

I also would like to learn anything and everything about things that I don't know about.

If I didn't work, I'd still never be bored. Too much stuff to do!

Lots of apes in here! Welcome!

even if you are able to retire you will need to be able to comforatably and safely navigate the crypto minefield.
