Weak / Vulnerable areas on 2nd gen frames

    I looked but couldn't find a thread specifically dedicated to addressing the weak and/or vulnerable areas on 2nd gen frames and suspensions.

    If such a thing already exists, please point us towards it. Otherwise I'd like to open up the floor, so we can come up with a list specific to 2nd gens.

    Also, I see that there are already a wealth of options for 1st gens as far as pre-cut frame gussets, boxing plates, etc... What about for 2nd gens?

    If you mention a vulnerable location, please also provide info on a fix for it - if there is a tested and proven solution.

    Bilstein 5100's, rear TSB, Firestone bags
    Midway through the 2006 production run Toyota added a backing plate to the engine mounts. Frame rails on the production run of Tacomas BEFORE this modification have been knoiwn to fail, pretty much rendering the vehicle useless due to the engine dropping to one side of the engine bay.
