Makes me rethink some of the freedoms I give my children inside my vehicle....never would have thought they could break my windshield, but now I get one more thing to yell at them about

I never gave the windshield a thought before this thread- I actually knocked on it with my fist and it didn’t break.

Guess I need to start lifting weights?

And by the way, TW is a stupid truck forum imo- don’t take it too seriously.

My first (unofficial) car was a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. My stepdad gave me the truck when I got my learners permit and I ended up selling the ridgeline a couple months later for a new 2019 tacoma. The ridgeline was a solid truck, the windshield wasn't though. (I bought the taco when I was 16, I'm 18 now)

haha don’t know what that means but I can tell you’re fuming.
Here’s a tip, stay off TW with your soft skin. It’ll do you and glass a favor.

Come on TW brother have a beer and relax . To be honest I don't think the windshield could be that fragile that a light smack would break it and that's the problem I don't think anyone else does too . You start a thread and we have a little fun with it you should just roll with it . Good luck with the truck and keep posting .

Last post on this one. I was simply trying to let people know I believe the windshields are weak on these Tacoma’s so be careful. Mostly what gets returned is a bunch of threads that 5 year olds would craft. Seems to be a common theme in this forum.

Everyone was just having fun. We are all aware of the windshield problem on these trucks.

I certainly didn’t either or I wouldn’t have smashed the bug. Anyway, I guess people will find out on their own. Should not have posted it. Thanks Bleep.
