    6" Fabtech coilover lift. 35/12.50/17 Mickey Thompson MTZ, 17x9 ProComp 1089 wheels painted black, UWS black lowprofile toolbox, husky liners, tacoma bed mat, bed lights, Premier stereo, Cobra 19 cb, firestik 3' antenna.
    Well my truck is basically brand new. Only has 20,000 miles on it and is flawless. I was just wandering if I put these skyjacker spacers on if it would in anyway mess up anything in my suspension over time. I know people out there put a lot bigger kits and stuff on, but I didnt know if spacers would throw off the suspensions geometry enough to hurt it after a while.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Those spacers extend the length of your shock and coil assembly. I have heard it increases the wear on your ball joints. Also, Being aluminum, Im not convinced they would last all that long.

    I agree. Unless this truck is for the mall, don't waste time with Spacers. Go for 5100s, coils, or C/Os. Better ride, better flex, and look better.

    Yeah I reckon thats what ill do. i was eventually goin to give it the full 9 yards lift, and just use spacers as a little something for now. guess ill just wait n throw the big stuff on there at once

    Only reason I chose OME over coilovers (Icon, SAW, FOX, etc.) was because OME spring rate for the lift I wanted is 590#. Coil overs start at 650#. Being a Prerunner flex is important, so I wanted the softer spring rate so as to not reduce the front ends ability to flex. :)
