I use my truck bed as my camper. I go off road some. The built-in bed sidewall storage bins fill with dust due to the drain holes and the latches.

Anyone had success sealing these bins to keep the dust out (& the bin contents clean?)..

Carpeting in the side boxes might also reduce the noise while going over bumps. I have heard others say they wrapped their stuff in a towel before putting it in the storage boxes. I may have to experiment with carpeting.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
For precisely the same reason, I just got done weatherproofing those boxes. I used metal foil tape to cover all but the corner drain holes, shaping a bump around the hinges so that the door parts don't punch through and override the entire purpose of what I was doing. For the outer edges I used 1/4"x1/4" foam weatherstrip from Home Despot, ran around the outermost edges of the boxes; I did the same with my 120V electrical outlet. For the smaller cubbies above the wheels, I pulled them out and used the same 1/4"x1/4" foam tape.
Things held up well for my over-350 miles of no pavement in Death and Saline Valleys over Thanksgiving week. I just wish the windows on my shell had a bit more resistance so that when I lock the latch open they don't slide open (I know, I asked for it, but I needed easy access through the side).
I had considered using some spray-can rubber leak sealant (kinda like Plasti-Derp), but I had the parts on hand, and they were MUCH cheaper. And they worked just fine.
