    I NEED SOME HELP
Has anyone replaced the driver and passenger side door weather stripping on a 2004 Tacoma extra cab? If so, what did you or where did you get the set up? I appreciate any and all information.

Thanks for the input. I already hit up the local dealer here and it will cost me around 5 bills for both and I do the install. Just looking to see if anyone has used another product and if it worked. Thanks again.

@Pondonator , that's way too much money. User your google foo, and check out other Toyota dealerships on the web. I just replaced my drivers side on a 2003 DC a few months ago, and I know it wasn't $200. bucks, maybe a little over 100. do some checking around if you have the part numbers, and I'll bet you can save some money. Check with Camelback Toyota .

is the one that goes all around the cab frame door, complete circle, the step area was broken and must of truck have that same area worn out. I think was a good deal all installed perfect fit .

thanks, yeah mine has a very small wear hole developing right where the shoe must drag across it, i try to avoid that spot when getting in and out but oh well!
i am wondering if i am going to need a new run channel also because some weird chatter in the power window developed recently, it only happens when the window is down a few inches for some fresh air driving in town and on the highway with wind.
the only thing i know i did was to try and clean the inside of the run channel with some silicone spray in the attempts to alleviate any possible strain on the motor and make the window go up and down easier in its track :notsure:
