I've got a 2010 regular cab with manual windows. Trying to install the weather tech in channel vent shields, but they don't allow the window to go up. Extremely tight, tried grinding a little bit off the upper rear of the mounting flange. Any good advice for this?

Had the same thing in my 2005 Tacoma, but I had tinted windows so when I installed these things the rain guards started to peel the tint off my windows because it was so tight Weathertech was no help
