Weathertech....Anyone home?

Does anyone know what is up with weathertech? (aka mcneill automotive)

I ordered my double cab black digital floor liners on the 8th and they have yet to ship. so it's been 2 weeks and 5 days and on several occasions i have called their customer service and they are all supposedly busy ALL the time. I even e-mailed them and have yet to hear a response.

The worst part is, is that they charged me already for it

someone please tell me somethin to make me feel better bout this cause i really want the floor liners

 

Seems weird, but you saying this is pushing me to want to buy the husky liners instead now I planned on buying them this weekend.

I bought mine used on Ebay and saved a ton of cash.

 

Ordered mine from their website on Monday and got them this morning!!

 

I bought mine for the front then the back ones when they finally made them and they always got here within 1-2 weeks. They are a great company with an excellent product. My Weather Tech floor mats are the bomb.

 

I also ordered a set on Jan. 8 for my DC 4X4 LB and haven't received anything. I called again today and they gave me a FedEx tracking number. MacNeil said I should receive it by next Tue or Wed. However, FedEx hasn't received the tracking number yet when I checked.

 

It took me almost a month to get mine. They were on a 2 week backorder. That being said, these are the best things I ever got for the truck. Look really nice, very well made, cover a large area, and don't allow water underneat onto the carpet. Love em!

Good to hear you got ur floor liners, it took mine a while to get to me too! I just got them yesterday and they fit perfectly!

 

Ordered the grey all weather floorliners on 1/7/10 and arrived today.

I think mine shipped out the day after I ordered them, I love them great product. And to answer your question, which one do you need more? I want to get the UWS low pro box

 

Ordered mine on the 11th and still nothing, here's hoping they're on their way in a few days.

 

UWS low pro box is the way to go. I have the Black one on my silver tacoma and it is badass. You can put so much shit in their and plus it looks good!

 

When I ordered mine it took longer as well. I was told many of these are made to order. They don't have a huge stock on hand and put your order in and then have them pressed. This is what they told me when I called.

 

That's the same thing they told me that they were made to order. I ordered my this past Saturday so it looks like I hve a little time to wait on these.

Also, get the windows tinted. But be careful what tint you get cause it's very hard to match the factory smoke tint of the back.

 

im still waiting on mine as well. i ordered 3 day shipping as well so i could have them in time for my boarding trip. But since they were back ordered they refunded teh shipping and still let me keep the 3 day.. but thats 3 days after they get them.. i also ordered the black digital for DC.
